Prohibited conduct includes attempting to disrupt the site, accessing it through automated means without permission, misrepresenting your identity, or submitting another person's information without their authorization. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for any activity under any account you create.

By using this website and opting in to receive SMS communications, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

SOMA Jiu-Jitsu Academy uses SMS to send class reminders, trial-class confirmations, schedule updates, and occasional promotional messages about programs and events.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to 208-516-0540. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at james@teamemfield.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 4 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Registering for a trial class reserves a spot in a scheduled session and does not create an ongoing obligation. Membership enrollment may carry a commitment term, which will be disclosed to you in writing before you enroll.

By enrolling, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the fees associated with your membership on the stated billing schedule.

Refund and cancellation terms are provided with your membership agreement.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a physical contact activity that includes grappling, submissions and controlled sparring. Participants understand and voluntarily assume the risks inherent in such training, including the risk of injury.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release SOMA Rexburg doing business as SOMA Jiu-Jitsu Academy, its instructors, staff and affiliates from claims arising out of participation in classes, events or open mats, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Participants agree to follow all academy rules, instructor direction and standards of respectful conduct on and off the mats.

All content on this site — including text, images, video, layout, logos and marks — is owned by SOMA Rexburg doing business as SOMA Jiu-Jitsu Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.
